Kazeem Adeniran Taoreed is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Meeqat Travels and Tours. A distinguished professional, he holds multiple academic qualifications and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

He began his illustrious banking career with North South Bank PLC as a Clerk (1992–1994) before joining Zenith Bank in 1994, where he served until 2016. During his tenure at Zenith Bank, Kazeem excelled in various leadership capacities, including Team Leader, Branch Manager, and Acting Zonal Head across key branches in the North-West, particularly in Kano and Sokoto states.

Bringing over 13 years of experience in the travel agency industry, Kazeem honed his expertise while working with several notable agencies before founding Meeqat Travels and Tours in 2011. He also served as Regional Manager for Jaiz Bank PLC, overseeing the South-West branches from 2018 to 2023, further showcasing his exceptional leadership and operational skills.

Kazeem’s passion for service extends beyond his professional achievements. He has held several key leadership positions within Rotary International, including:

• President of the Rotary Club of Kano Tarauni Central (2010/2011)

• Assistant District Governor for Rotary International District 9120 (2003/2004)

A recipient of numerous awards from various organizations for his exemplary leadership and commitment to excellence, Kazeem remains an active Rotarian, continually contributing to humanitarian and community development initiatives.

Under his leadership, Meeqat Travels and Tours has grown to become a trusted name in Hajj, Umrah, and travel services, renowned for integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
